SIMPLE TO USE, SIMPLE TO LEARN
The CTEC 60 Hour Course is divided into 17 main lessons, each with a set of review questions to answer that will test your knowledge on the current lesson.
Once you’ve completed all the lessons, you will be given access to the 2 Part Final Exam (Federal Tax Law Final Exam and California Tax Law Final Exam), of which you’ll need a passing score of 70% or higher on each of the 2 exams. And don’t worry, you have unlimited attempts to pass for each exam, so don’t sweat it if you don’t pass on your first try. And you don’t have to take the entire exam in one sitting either, you’re able to take a break at anytime and come back later, just make sure to save your progress before you leave.
Once you pass the Final Exam, your course will be considered complete and you will be given access to download/print your Certificate of Completion. We will then report your course completion to the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) so you can then go online and register with CTEC.
